Ali Lee is a very talented young pop singer.
At 18, Ali Lee broke onto the scene Go-Go dancing in every hot nightclub in Atlanta, quickly becoming the most desired talent sparking the city’s nightlife. While rocking The ATL, Ali entertained two major record deals as part of the all girl group Blaze Blah before choosing to pursue a solo career. A classically trained singer during her youth, she’s now working with world- renowned Top 40 writers and in the studio with legendary producers.

"Like many things in life, photography is a delicate balance between art and science. You need to master both to succeed. If you refuse to learn the artistic side, then you end up making mechanical decisions that are lifeless and boring. I like to break artistic boundaries by working in complete darkness, in opposite of a painter which will start with a “white canvas”, a photographer should start with a “black canvas”.Beginning from total darkness may seem difficult, it's like light painting, using light to sculpt the scene, it creates a beautiful and dramatic look similar in fashion to a Baroque painting. I have successfully transferred this technique to an array of different work ranging from beauty, fashion, and conceptual. "

Beauty may be in the eye of the beholder, but over the years there have been some beauties that almost all beholders and critics have been able to agree on. What makes somebody beautiful? Is it a trend, does it change? Does the media influence the concept of “feminine beauty”? Is natural beauty ever better than constructed beauty? We see how powerful the media is in sculpting the perception of what the perfect body should look like. Less than hundred years ago, ads used to stress that woman should back on the pounds for bikini season. It used to mean that having a curvy figure symbolized good health, wealth, and greater sexual appeal. Now the fade seems to be that there is no such thing as being too thin.
Many of us carry around the notion that other people are more emotionally and intellectually stable than we are. Is this true? Although sometimes our appearance can dictate how others see us, it’s really the confidence and energy we put into our career and personal life that shows others who we truly are. Therefore, put your best face forward by “knowing” you look and feel the best you can. People will be able to feel your assuredness and will assume you are feeling your best, even if you’re not. The Urban Toy scene was born in 1997 when designer Michael Lau showed up at a Hong Kong toy show with a handful of GI-Joes he'd customized into hip-hop street fashion figures.
